Spanish study confirms e-cigarettes are an effective stop smoking tool

Data obtained from a recent Spanish study shows e-cigarettes are an effective harm reduction tool for smoking cessation. Spanish vapers association, Anesvap, has released data that backs up the results of countless previous studies. E-Cigs “less addictive” than regular cigarettes

Research released by researchers at Penn State College of Medicine shows that vapers are less dependent on electronic devices, compared to smokers using regular cigarettes. The Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH) study was funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Center for Tobacco Products. It consists of an ongoing national survey of tobacco use of over 30,000 participants, both young and old. An air sampling study by the California Department of Public Health indicates that the levels of toxic substance present in a vaping area are insignificant. More than half of the UK’s e-cigarette users have since given up smoking, according to a recent study. A study by Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) has revealed that more than half of British vapers have stopped smoking completely.
