While we work tirelessly to ensure every order is packed and shipped correctly, mistakes do happen. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can rectify our error. Please ensure any incorrectly received items remain unopened and we will resolve the problem as quick as we can!

YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND

Unwanted goods can be returned at your own expense, unused and in their original condition, with the tamper-proof seal unbroken within 14 days for a full refund. Please ensure that you notify of us of any return prior to sending it back. Orders can be returned to the following address.
