What is an e-cigarette?
An e-cigarette (e-cig) is a device that allows you to inhale nicotine through vapour, instead of smoke. Available in a range of models, they work by heating a solution (e-liquid) made up of nicotine, flavourings, propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerine.

Is e-liquid better than normal cigarettes?
E-cig vapour doesn’t contain any tar or carbon monoxide, two harmful elements of tobacco smoke. Although using e-cigarettes can’t be classed as ‘harm free’, it carries a small fraction of the risk of smoking and can help you quit. (Stoptober 2017)
Can I ‘vape’ my normal cigarettes?
The joy of e-liquid is the wide range of flavour combinations available. If you’re a stickler for the classic tobacco taste, many of our tobacco e-liquids are designed to mimic some of the most popular British and American tobacco varieties. Fans of menthol will find a selection of minty fresh liquids and those wanting to satisfy a sweet tooth will love the desserts and sweets collections.

Can I vape where I want?
The restrictions in place for vaping aren’t as comprehensive as those for traditional tobacco smoking, however you can’t vape on trains, planes,in most hospitals and in sports stadiums.
