We are moving to the verification new system and will be checking the details of all customers when they place an order.

Most customers will pass through the order process without even realising they have been verified as 85% of checks happen in the background. There will be some instances where new, and existing customers will need to supply additional verification details again.
Customers who need to provide these extra details will receive an email or SMS from VerifyMyAge with the prompt of how to submit details.

This couldnt be simpler to do, with three methods of verification to choose from:

• Age Estimation
• ID scan (a picture of Driving License or Passport)
• Credit Card.

It takes less than a minute to complete.
