Hermes Click and Collect
With Hermes, we are able to offer LiQuid customers a Click and Collect service, enabling you to order and collect your items whenever it is most convenient at a delivery point near you. To do this, simply checkout as normal. After you have logged in and your identity has been verified, you will be taken to the delivery options page where you will be offered different delivery types. Selecting Click and Collect will show you your nearest delivery points.
The Click and Collect service has a delivery charge of £4.50. Your order will be delivered to the collection point on a Next Day Delivery service.
Once you have received notification by text and email that your order has arrived, simply show the unique barcode at the collection point to get your items. Should you have any problems with this service, we recommend first getting in touch with Hermes using the contact details included in the email notification. Standard bank holiday delivery limitations still apply.
International Services
Royal Mail International Tracked - Delivered within 2 - 14 working days (Signature required)
This service is tracked and insured up to the value of £50.
