1. Introduction

Welcome to our website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, along with our Privacy Policy, which govern your use of our website. By accessing and using our website you accept these terms and conditions in full, confirm that you have read them, and agree to be bound by and comply with them. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you must not use our website. Purchases made on our website are also governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Eligibility and age restrictions

By accessing and using this website you confirm that you are aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not access or use this website, and you must not order from LiQuid.

By using our website you give permission for LiQuid to carry out any checks we consider necessary to verify your identity and age with third-party providers of information. This involves checking up to three databases, including the electoral roll.

These checks are carried out only to confirm your identity and age. A credit check is not performed and your credit rating will not be affected. If you are found to be under 18, your order will not be processed and you will receive a full refund.

If you falsely declare your age to us, you will be held responsible for all costs, expenses, losses, damage, fines and other penalties that we may suffer or incur as a result.

3. Your account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to keep your password confidential and secure, and inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please make sure the details you provide are correct and complete, and inform us immediately of any changes. You can access and update much of this information in the Your Account area of the website.

LiQuid reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

4. Privacy

LiQuid is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, disclose and manage your personal data.

5. Licence to use website

Unless otherwise stated, we and/or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in this website and all material on it. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal use only. You must not:

  • republish material from this website in any form;
  • sell, rent or sub-license material from this website;
  • copy, duplicate, reproduce or exploit material from this website for any commercial purpose;
  • edit or modify any material from this website; or
  • redistribute any material from this website.

6. Customer and user generated content

By submitting material, images, sounds, information or communications to our website for any purpose, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, translate, distribute and publish that content for existing or future commercial purposes. Content you submit will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and you grant us the right to sub-license these rights and to bring actions for infringement of them. You must not submit any illegal or unlawful content, or content that infringes any third party's legal rights.

7. Fair and acceptable use

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairs its availability or accessibility, or in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful. You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material that contains or links to malicious computer software. You must not carry out any systematic or automated data collection on or in relation to our website without our prior written consent. You must not use our website to send unsolicited commercial communications, or use it for any marketing purpose without our prior written consent.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us, and keep us indemnified, against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.

9. Money back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your LiQuid order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, in line with clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please contact us at hello@onepoundeliquid.com and we will send you a Returned Merchandise Authorisation form and help with your return. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights.

10. Limited warranty

We cannot guarantee that all information published on this website is complete and accurate, that the website will always be available, or that its content is kept up to date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiQuid excludes all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer in relation to products you buy from us.

11. Breaches of these terms and conditions

If you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including denying you access to our website and/or bringing court proceedings against you. These terms and conditions are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe fraudulent activity has taken place on our website.

12. Changes to these terms and conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. Updated terms will be published on this page. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

13. Responsibility for safe use of your purchased product

You take full responsibility for your use of LiQuid products. LiQuid e-liquids contain nicotine, glycerol, flavourings and water. Glycerol is a water-based ingredient found in many health products and medicines. You should consult a doctor before using LiQuid products. Nicotine is habit forming and addictive. Its effects can include stimulation, relaxation, calmness and alertness, and can last from minutes to hours. The carcinogenic properties of nicotine on its own, separate from tobacco smoke, have not been evaluated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).

Devices, pods and e-liquid bottles contain small parts and can be choking hazards. Components can become very hot if used excessively or left in a hot environment, and can burn skin if not used with care. LiQuid is not responsible for any harm, loss or allergic reaction caused by misuse of the product.

Arrival times

Arrival times are shown as a guide only. If you do not receive your order within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will look into it for you. Once we have dispatched an item it is in the hands of our couriers, and we have to follow their policies and procedures. Items are not considered lost in transit until 15 days after the dispatch date. After this, we will either refund or replace the lost item. You may be asked to complete a claims form so that we can recover the cost from the courier. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses, for couriers being unable to deliver to your address, or for other situations beyond our control.

Address changes

If you need to change the delivery address on an order, please tell us as soon as possible, as we may be able to change it before dispatch. We are not able to offer refunds for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by you.

Cancellation period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it and return the items to us, as set out in clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

15. Voucher codes, discount codes and special offers

  • Discount codes can only be redeemed through our website against products listed on LiQuid's online store. They cannot be redeemed at retail outlets supplying LiQuid products, or by phone or mail order.
  • From 1st October 2026, discount codes, vouchers, multibuy offers and free delivery offers cannot be applied to e-liquid, nicotine shots or any other product containing vaping liquid.
  • A minimum purchase value may apply, excluding postage and packing.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to orders already placed.
  • Discount codes expire one week after the code is published, unless otherwise stated.
  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Free delivery codes apply to UK mainland addresses only (excluding the Highlands and outlying islands).
  • LiQuid reserves the right to cancel online discount codes at any time.

16. Which laws apply to these terms

These terms are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a consumer and a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a consumer and a resident of Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

19. Loyalty points and loyalty scheme

Joining and earning

  • Every customer who registers an account at onepoundeliquid.com is automatically enrolled in the loyalty scheme.
  • You can only earn or use LiQuid Rewards Points when you are logged in to your account at onepoundeliquid.com. Points cannot be credited to guest checkout orders. It is your responsibility to make sure you are logged in when placing an order.
  • You earn 2 Rewards Points for every whole £1 you spend on eligible products. Points are calculated on the final price you pay.
  • From 1st October 2026, Rewards Points are not earned on e-liquid, nicotine shots or any other product containing vaping liquid.
  • During promotional periods, the number of points earned per £1 may increase. These promotions will have stated start and end dates. If no end date is stated, we may end the promotion at our discretion.

Redeeming points

  • Each Rewards Point has a redemption value of 1p. Points can only be redeemed on future orders at onepoundeliquid.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The maximum number of points that can be used in a single transaction is 5,000.
  • Rewards Points cannot be used alongside other offers and discounts.
  • You can check your points balance in your account under "Reward Points".

Expiry

  • Rewards Points expire 12 months after the date of the order that earned them.
  • Points earned before 1st October 2026 must be redeemed by 31st December 2026, after which they will be removed from your account.
  • Accounts that have not placed an order for a period of time may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. Any points on a deleted account will be lost.

Account rules

  • Only one LiQuid account is allowed per billing address. We may merge or delete multiple accounts registered to the same address.
  • Rewards Points are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Rewards Points will be cancelled or deducted if items are returned or a refund is requested.
  • We may flag, suspend or delete any account where we believe the scheme is being abused, including by setting up duplicate accounts.
  • LiQuid accepts no liability for Rewards Points or loyalty accounts misused by the account holder.

Changes to the scheme

  • We may change the number of points that can be earned and the redemption value of points.
  • We may change these loyalty scheme terms, end the scheme, or decline membership. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
