LiQuid Account Login Update
As part of a mandatory system upgrade, we are introducing a new, more secure way to access your account and better protect your information.
What’s changing?
You will no longer need to use a password when signing in. Instead:
- Enter the email address linked to your account
- We’ll send a One-Time PIN (OTP) to your email
- Enter the PIN to securely access your account
Your OTP should arrive instantly, but it can take a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see it.
Guest Checkout Reminder
We will continue to offer guest checkout. However, please note that orders placed using guest checkout will not earn loyalty points.
When is this happening?
This upgrade will go live on Tuesday, 5th May.
