LIQUID LOYALTY CLUB CHANGES 

Maintaining our commitment to providing you with high-quality e-liquids at £1 has always been our top priority. By making some slight modifications to our Loyalty Point scheme, we aim to ensure that we can sustain our £1 promise to you for years to come.

Effective from the 15th of April 2024.

-You will now earn 2 points for every £1 spent on your e-liquid purchases.

-Points earned from the 1st of April onwards will have a 12-month expiration period.

-Maximum redemption value per order - £50 (5000 pts).

It's important to note that these changes will not impact the value of your existing points. Your current points will retain their original value, and these adjustments will only apply to the amount of points earned on future purchases.

LIQUID LOYALTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can only acquire or use LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ when you are logged in to your account at onepoundeliquid.com. | Only one LiQuid account is allowed per billing address - we reserve the right to merge and/or delete multiple accounts under the same address.  | Any LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ allocated are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to any other person/account nor exchanged for cash | Nextgen360 Ltd reserves the right to flag up, suspend or delete any account where the account holder is deemed to be abusing the LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ scheme in any way. This includes but is not limited to setting duplicate accounts at onepoundeliquid.com. | Nextgen360 Ltd T/A LiQuid accepts no liability for LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ or loyalty scheme accounts that have been misused by the account holder. | LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ cannot be credited to guest checkout orders. It is up to the account holder to ensure that they are correctly logged in to onepoundeliquid.com when placing an order. | LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ will be cancelled or deducted should any items be returned to us or where a refund is requested. | Every customer who registers/has an account at onepoundeliquid.com is automatically enrolled into the loyalty scheme and will begin accumulating LiQuid 'Rewards Points’. The number of LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ you have accumulated can be checked within your account under ‘Reward Points’.  | LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ cannot be used alongside other offers and discounts, but the points you gain from the order relate to the end price you pay. | You will be rewarded with 2 LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ for every whole £1 that you spend. The redemption value of each 'Rewards Point’ is 1p (one pence). | These points can only be redeemed on future orders at onepoundeliquid.com. ‘Rewards Points’ cannot be exchanged for monetary value. | The maximum amount of loyalty points that can be used in a single transaction is 5000.  | Nextgen360 Ltd reserves the right to amend the value of LiQuid 'Rewards Points’ that you can accumulate as well as the redemption value of these points.  | ‘Rewards Points’ in your loyalty account must be claimed within 12 months form the date of the transaction earning those points. Points that remain unused after 12 months will expire and be forfeited.  | During promotional periods, the number of points earned per £1 spent may increase which will be clearly defined campaigns with start and end dates specified—in the event of no end date being specified, we reserve the right to end promotional period increased point earning at our own discretion.  | In line with our data privacy policy, any accounts not ordered over a certain time period may be subject to deletion, deletion will include loss of loyalty points associated with your account. | Nextgen360 Ltd reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Nextgen360 Ltd reserve the right, at any time without notice, to end the scheme or decline any issue of membership.
