LiQuid Subscription Cancellation Policy

At LiQuid, we want you to feel in control of your subscription. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, giving you the flexibility to manage your deliveries with ease.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your LiQuid subscription at any time through your online account portal. To do this:

Navigate to Manage Subscriptions.

Select the subscription you wish to cancel.

Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

3. Notice Period
To avoid being charged for your next order:

Please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

If you cancel after this time, your upcoming order may still be processed and shipped.
4. Reactivating Your Subscription
Changed your mind? You’re always welcome back! You can reactivate your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our team.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for delivered orders will follow our general [Returns & Refund Policy]. Subscription discounts only apply to active subscriptions.
