How To Use A Nicotine Pouch
Step 1
Break the seal around the edge of the can. This is usually done by pealing the top portion of the sticker. Remove the pouch from the can.
Step 2
Place the pouch between your upper lip and gum. Most user find that placing slightly to one side is the most comfortable position.

Wait for around 30-60 minutes. During this time, the nicotine will absorb in to your gum. When the flavour has died away, it's time to remove the pouch.
