As it stands, vape flavours are remaining as they are, but this doesn't mean to say that there won't be a potential restrictions on vape flavours as we know them currently. The Tobacco and Vapes Bill that was first initiated by the Conservatives did mention that they would seek to take action and bring in a vape flavour restriction, and with Labour now in charge, they have also mentioned this as part of their version of the same Bill.
