Shipping Policy
We offer four delivery options, from free standard shipping to next-day tracked courier services. If you have any questions about your order or shipping options, please contact our customer service team — we're happy to help.
Order Processing Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Note: We do not currently offer international delivery.

- FREE on orders over £30
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days (allow up to 7)
Priority Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Same-day dispatch if ordered before 1:30pm
- Orders after 2:00pm dispatched next working day
- No dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays
DPD Express Next Day
- Same-day dispatch if ordered before 2:00pm
- Next working day delivery
