With the announcement of a third national lockdown beginning on 4th January, we wanted to further remind our customers that our online business is still able to operate to the same standard you have come to expect in the past few months.

Working as both a production and dispatch centre has provided some unique challenges, but the team have been fantastic in ensuring safety and compliance with guidelines to make sure our shelves are stacked with the latest flavours and your orders are dispatched at the right time.

We’re currently dispatching orders as normal. If there is a disruption in service, we’ll let you know here.

Royal Mail - Generally 1-5 working day delivery time, but please allow 7 working days.

Tracked Courier Services - Order before 1.30pm, delivery usually within 1-3 days, but please allow 7 working days

There may be some disruption in your local area once your order has left our dispatch centre. Please give your order a little extra time to arrive if it has been delayed. 

Safety has always been paramount at LiQuid, and our team wasted no time in introducing new measures to comply with the heightened hygiene standards and safety precautions in all areas of our business, ensuring the safety of both our colleagues and products. 

  • We increased flexibility and introduced home working which has greatly reduced the number of colleagues on site at any one time. 
  • Full social distancing rules are in place throughout our site and are managed through one-way systems and alternate seating arrangements. 
  • We’ve staggered shift patterns and a wider distribution of working hours to further reduce staff interaction. 
  • In areas where the 2-meter rule cannot be maintained, the 1 meter+ rule is enforced, alongside masks, gloves and safety glasses, with a 10-minute limit on such essential work. 
  • We’ve added extra members of our cleaning support team, with hand sanitisers distributed across the site and face covering enforcement where necessary. 

Our dedicated team are working tirelessly to ensure all measures are adhered to in an effort to preserve the safety of the business and you as a customer. We will continue to work together to overcome the challenges we face, striving to deliver the high levels of service our customers have come to expect.
